Events and Programs offered by Ghent University Global Campus (GUGC)
Open Campus
This event is organized quarterly by the GUGC Admissions Office and offers information about the school and admissions. You will have the opportunity to meet with faculty, GUGC Admissions officers, and current students.
Saturday Counselling Sessions
Saturday Counselling Sessions are designated on a reservation basis to help students obtain information on bachelor programs and receive individual consultations in any particular circumstances. Campus tours will be provided to all participants.
Counselling Session On Board
To avoid the potential inconvenience of visiting, Counselling Session On Board is designed to impact the profession at provincial and regional levels.
Experience Day
GUGC provides a real scientific experience! With this unique opportunity, you can get experience in bioscience through practical laboratory sessions conducted by GUGC professors. The sessions cover various subjects, such as biology, chemistry, mathematics and bioinformatics.
College Fair

Special Programs for High School Students
GUGC Science Camp
Participants in the GUGC Science Camp will take part in extra-curricular activities in the bio-technology field, such as biology and chemistry experiments. Prospective students are welcome to join the program.
GUGC Information Session
Every semester, the GUGC Admissions Office holds admission information sessions in high schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
Programs and information offered by Incheon Global Campus (IGC)
IGC Joint Information Session
IGC organizes Campus Joint Information Sessions with the five universities on the IGC Campus (Ghent University, George Mason University, FIT, Stony Brook University, Utah University). Participants will be able to visit all of the different universities and explore their respective facilities.
