[Student Services] Notice of returning application for 2021_2022 T1 복학신청 안내

Greetings from Student Services at Ghent University Global Campus.

We would like to inform you regarding the application for returning in Fall 2021. (2021_2022 T1)

If you want to return to Ghent University Global Campus after your leave of absence, you should submit a returning application form with the required documents.

Please check the details for your information below and make sure not missing due dates and required documents.


1. Returning Application

Online application period: 1st of July (Thur) - 13th of August (Fri), 2021


*Required documents
The returning application form (sent to your personal email),
Certificate of discharge (전역증 if applied),
A copy of identification card 


2. Application process

Submit a returning application to studentservices@ghent.ac.kr with required documents

-> Consult with a student counselor ( a counelor will be in contact if you submit your application to Student Services)

-> Receive a confirmation of returning email from Student Services

-> Apply for student housing or scholarship (If necessary)
